Mr Oak was an engineer at the Euro Sea Gas refinery commanded by John Robson. Mr Oak, along with Mr Quill, was mentally controlled by the weed creature and committed various acts of sabotage around the refinery, including emptying the oxygen cylinders and gassing Maggie Harris.
