The Seventh Corsair was a female incarnation of the Renegade Time Lord known as the Corsair, who travelled with a parrot as her companion. On at least two occasions, she opposed the Daleks, something the Corsair did rarely, although on neither occasion did she face them directly.

This Corsair was a dark-skinned woman with scarlet hair. She wore a viridian coat, with tan leather and dark cherry coloured clothes which were patched and bartered.
