Norvidmatrexus (Norvid for short) was a member of the House of Wetstone. He dropped out of the Academy and was visiting Trigovia for the first time when he was conscripted.
When he first met with Harlan, he was punished for not having shiny boots. He noticed that the Eighth Doctor was missing. Even when everyone started to hate the Doctor, he stayed friends with him. He was the first to spot a Dalek Hunter drone on the moon they were on. He was exterminated but unable to regenerate. (AUDIO: The Conscript)
