Juliette Picard was a soldier in the alternate Paris of the World Machine.

She was infatuated with Minski. On Minski's orders, she entertained the Marquis de Sade. She reminded him of another Juliette.

When Minski was critically injured, he asked Juliette to kill herself, so he could hide in her body and heal himself. Realising his true nature, she stabbed him and herself, killing them both. (PROSE: The Man in the Velvet Mask)
