Harry Price was a psychic investigator.
In the 1920s he catalogued 121 different entities within Ashen Hill Manor. (WC: Alien File: Erasmus Darkening)
He came to the Isle of Man to discover to origins of Gef, a talking mongoose, and let the Eighth Doctor in on their investigations. He called Helen Sinclair an hysterical woman. He thought that Gef was a fake and wanted to tie Voirrey Irving up to prove it. He didn't realised the truth when the Doctor proved it to him.
