Brother Progg alongside Captain Hanka were residents of the Cornucopia.
Former members of The Hijackers Guild and Kidnappers Federation, Progg and Hanka were against the new governments orders that crime was to be illegal and refused to obey. They took orders from Danny Fisher to abduct Amy Johnson, however, they were defeated by the interference of Horatio Lynk. Fisher later had them killed to prevent them identifying him.
