Gokroth was a planet inhabited by genetically modified humans created or restored by the scientist and xenobiologist Dr Maleeva. It had no native inhabitants.
The planet was a suitable environment for Dr Maleeva to work in due to the presence of morphic fields.
Gokroth was originally an uninhabited world. Because of this, coupled with the presence of the morphic fields, Dr Maleeva chose to rescue and bring the genetically engineered humans here to try and repair them covertly.
Dr Maleeva and Gor set up a village on the planet that eventually became inhabited by the genetically altered humans whom she saved. These include village chief Trella, her son Wilric, and Porrow.
Mags travelled to Gokroth in search of a cure for her increasingly out-of-control werewolf transformations. (AUDIO: The Monsters of Gokroth)
