Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- A digital version of the soundtrack was made available on iTunes/Apple Music and Spotify in the UK and Australia on 27 April 2018.
- The first 5000 UK orders of the album, released through the official Doctor Who soundtracks website and briefly through Amazon UK, included a slipcase cover and an extra booklet containing Stuart Manning's series 9 Radio Times posters.
- Ben Foster orchestrated Murray Gold's compositions for The Magician's Apprentice up to Before the Flood. Foster left the role that he had held since the 2005 revival, replaced by Alastair King with The Girl Who Died onwards.
- The rock variation of the intro theme (a remix of the standard 2014-2017 theme with an added electric guitar), which only appeared in the intro sequence to Before the Flood, does not appear in the soundtrack.
- As of December 2024, the "Series 10 soundtrack" is still not released, and as a result the Series 11 soundtrack is this soundtrack's immediate successor.
