Vultarans were a race from Vultaris that were allied to the Daleks during the Last Great Time War, sending any captured prisoners from either side to the Daleks for questioning. They utilised mecha suits, mines, and time shielding. The War Doctor described them as "petty" and caring only about victory, but considered them "visionaries" when it came to technology.
