Agents' Merit Award Test 3 was a 21 feature printed in TV Century 21, consisting of eight questions for readers to answer. One of them concerned the Doctor Who universe character of Nikita Bandranaik.

It was set partially in-universe, being addressed to Universal Secret Service agents. The closing date for this competition was 29 July 1966. Entrants who reached the required standard received a Merit Award Certificate. In addition to the DWU connection, the questions also involved elements from Get Smart, Stingray and Thunderbirds.

It does not appear as if the answers were ever printed in the magazine.
