Miss Elizabeth Devonshire was a human who met the Nestene Consciousness when she was young.
She was treated poorly by children because of her appearance and accent. She befriended the creature, which would give her advice every time she visited. She helped heal its injuries and made a place for it under Hyperville. Later, she offered Max Carson a job at Hyperville if he would help her destroy mankind. She became the Nestene Consciousness' physical form. She was killed by the Tenth Doctor when he sent out a signal. (PROSE: Autonomy)
