Eric Thompson (9 November 1929-30 November 1982[1]) played Viscount Gaston de Leran in the Doctor Who television story The Massacre.

He was the husband of Phyllida Law (Eye of the Gorgon and The Bride of Peladon) and the father of Emma Thompson.
