Matthew Jacobs (born 1 July 1956[1]) is a British writer, director, actor, and producer. He was the writer and co-producer of the 1996 Doctor Who TV movie.
He shared his memories of writing the TV Movie, on the 43rd edition of Big Finish's charitable podcast series Toby Hadoke's Who's Round and the documentaries The Seven Year Hitch and Doctor Who Am I.
Nearly 30 years after the TV Movie, he wrote Puccini and the Doctor for Big Finish Productions.
