Rex Robinson (16 February 1926-13 April 2015[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as Dr Tyler in The Three Doctors, Gebek in The Monster of Peladon and Dr Carter in The Hand of Fear. All three of his appearances were directed by Lennie Mayne.

He was married to Patricia Prior, who appeared in The Three Doctors alongside him. They jointly shared their memories of their Doctor Who experience in the 45th edition of the charity podcast series Toby Hadoke's Who's Round. He also shared his memories of The Hand of Fear on the documentary Changing Time: Living and Leaving Doctor Who.
