The Tollmaster was the sole employee at toll port G715.
When the Seventh Doctor and Mel arrived at the toll in the TARDIS in 4687, (PROSE: TARDIS Cam) the Tollmaster informed them that they were the ten billionth customers and had won a Nostalgia Tours trip to Disneyland, 1959. Sometime after the tour bus left, Gavrok and the Bannermen arrived in search of the Chimeron Queen Delta, who had escaped them on the bus. The Tollmaster would not reveal their destination, claiming it was more than his job's worth, and Gavrok let him go only to shoot him as he ran away. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)
