TV Century 21 was a real-world comic publication defined by its connections to the works of Century 21 Productions. The magazine was presented as being perpetually in-universe as if it were a newspaper. Since The Daleks was printed in the comic, it was common for short stories to depict characters from shows like Thunderbirds acknowledging the Daleks as existing in-universe, creating some of Doctor Who's first legitimate crossovers.

The only narrative covered by this wiki to reference this is the TV Century 21 cover story Time Barrier Busted [+]Loading...["Time Barrier Busted (short story)"], which briefly mentioned Penelope's plans to investigate "Bewitched", an apparent reference to the in-universe documents of the same name.
