Clare Higgins (born 10 November 1955[1]) played Ohila in the Doctor Who webcasts The Night of the Doctor and Prologue, as well as in the television stories The Magician's Apprentice and Hell Bent. Higgins also narrated the audiobooks The Gods of Winter and The Lost Flame.

Higgins is an English actress who is best known for her role of Julia in the Clive Barker horror film Hellraiser, and its sequel Hellbound: Hellraiser II. She also appeared in the film adaptation of The Golden Compass, as well as the British TV series Being Human and Downton Abbey.
A veteran stage actress, she has also received a Tony nomination for Best Actress in a Play, and has won the Olivier Award for best Actress three times, in 1995, 2003, and again in 2005.
