Jason Kane's mother gave birth to him on 24 December 1983 (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad) and later gave birth to Lucy. (PROSE: Death and Diplomacy)
Like her two children, she was beaten by her husband, Peter Kane, and sometimes seemed to cheer her husband on. She sometimes had to use a walking stick and took Lucy to primary school when Lucy did not have too many visible wounds from her beatings. (PROSE: The Two Jasons)
