The P7E was a Minyan spaceship. After the nuclear war which destroyed the Minyan civilisation, the P7E left for the stars.

Its crew brought with them the race banks of their people. They were caught in a nebula where the ship was turned into a planet — thus, instead of settling on a new world, they became one. The Minyans survived and became the ancestors of a bizarre culture enslaved by the Oracle. After the Fourth Doctor and Leela helped them overthrow the Oracle and head for a new home. (TV: Underworld)
