Against Nature was a novel written by Lawrence Burton in a version of history where the Great Houses were fictional. Due to this book being one of many stories that Burton wrote that prolonged a fictional War in Heaven, the real Great Houses thus treated Burton as the Enemy.
The novel, or perhaps in an earlier draft, had a scene in which Todd Calavero encountered frogs in McAllister Park. (PROSE: We Are the Enemy [+]Loading...["We Are the Enemy (short story)"])

Important note[[edit] | [edit source]]
This is a in-universe counterpart of the real world Faction Paradox novel Against Nature that exists within the Faction Paradox universe. It was referenced in a story that dealt with the meta-fictional repercussions of the Great Houses recognising fiction based upon them.
