It may be worth noting that Jon Pertwee calls The Daemons his favorite serial he worked on. The source is a DVD extra on The Three Doctors DVD in which he is interviewed at a convention. Not sure exactly where this kind of factoid would go on the article, though. Cosmic Hobo 02:27, April 1, 2011 (UTC)

Benton[[edit source]]

I just watched this story last night and I could have sworn that Miss Hawthorne calls Benton "Bobby" twice at the end of the last episode.

I have looked up the Transcript and the novel and both versions show that she says "Seargent". But she doesn't. She clearly said Bobby.

If she called him Bobby, does that mean his first name is actully revealed inthis story? or was she using the British slang for Cop?

Is this when she is asking him to join in the fertility dance? She definitely calls him "sergeant" - twice.165.225.80.225talk to me 13:13, January 16, 2018 (UTC)
