Why was it deleted immediately in the first place? I find it a tad rude that a delete tag wasn't placed for a discussion to start, instead of just assuming that everyone would agree with you, CzechOut.

Vienna in no way resembles the Faction Paradox situation, as it doesn't directly oppose elements of the DWU to create its own. Vienna is basically Big Finish's replacement for Graceless, which creates its "own universe" - which doesn't mean another universe, just its own unique sci-fi within Doctor Who, like Torchwood is.
