FanFiction.Net, commonly abbreviated FFN, is a popular online fan fiction archive site. As of 15 May 2023 (2023 -05-15), Doctor Who was the third most popular TV fandom and eleventh most popular fandom overall on the site, with over 76,500 posted Doctor Who fan fiction stories.

A number of Doctor Who concepts were used by their creators in stories published on FanFiction.Net such as Adrian Middleton's Blink of an Eye and stories from Helen Fayle's Taliesin Cycle.
