Mutant 2 was one of a trio of Mutants, along with Mutant 1 and Mutant 3, whom were embroiled in a battle for control of the universe between the Doctor, the Master, Davros and a Cyber-Controller, all vying for control of artefacts and locations which would make them masters of the cosmos.
