Bagar was a member of group of Nazi SS soldiers that landed on the English coast on 7 June 1941.
Bagar and the other Nazis had acquired a piece of Chronosteel and intended to use it as the main component of a device that would block out British radio signals, allowing the German ships to attack without being detected. Their plan was foiled by George Woods and the time travelling Clyde Langer, who retrieved the Chronosteel object and rang the local church's bell, forcing Bagar and the other Nazis to retreat, before the locals responded. Bagar and the other Nazis were captured and imprisoned by the British Home Guard. (TV: Lost in Time)
