Thicktown was a fake town made up by the Tenth Doctor when he was insulting the Clockwork Droids while being drunk on the spaceship SS Madame de Pompadour during his rescue of Rose Tyler from said Droids. He had just returned from partying and inventing the banana daiquiri in 18th century France through a spatio-temporal hyperlink.
