Rick Astley was heard via archive recording of his song "Never Gonna Give You Up" in the Doctor Who television story Father's Day. The song played in Pete Tyler's car.
Apart from the song heard in the DWU, he is most famous for making a comeback in 2016 with his album 50 that went to number one.
