Monitors were a type of screen.
Many types of computers used monitors. (TV: School Reunion [+]Loading...["School Reunion (TV story)"] etc.) Laptops were a form of personal computer that used a monitor. (TV: Love & Monsters [+]Loading...["Love & Monsters (TV story)"] etc.)
