A Draconian Emperor led at the time of disrupted peace between the Earth and Draconian empires in 2540.

Unlike his son, the Draconian Emperor was a wise, patient, and very reasonable authority figure, as well as a benevolent ruler who cared very deeply for his own peoples well being, as well as the people of Earth. Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
The Third Doctor, Jo Grant and the Master were brought before the emperor. The Doctor explained how Ogrons were attacking them under the guise of humans. An Ogron ship landed, and using their human disguises, they attacked his court. One Ogron was injured and left behind, but the others left with the Master.
Without the hypnosound, the emperor realised their true enemy. He authorised his son and the Doctor to inform the humans of these events and vowed to do everything in his power to stop the war before it begins. (TV: Frontier in Space)
