Jocelyn Bell Burnell

Jocelyn Bell Burnell was a human astronomer who on 28 November 1967, alongside Antony Hewish, discovered the first pulsar. They briefly believed it to be an extraterrestrial radio signal. (PROSE: Time Traveller's Diary)
