'''Scootori Manista''' was a 20-year-old trainee maintenance Officer posted on [[Sanctuary Base 6]]. Scooti was commonly sent off on her own. She did a lot of runs around the base either repairing something or giving someone something. Soon she came to her final assignment. While trying to deliever to Toby some paperwork, she found he was missing. Then she heard the airlock open and close. While investigating she discovered the possessed Toby standing on the surface. He tried tempting her to join him. She raised her hand towards him but after moments refused his offer. He eventually murdered her by sealing off the doors, preventing Scooti from escaping. Then he caused a hull breach, sending the young Scooti to her death, in the vacuum of space, kicking and screaming.

Born circa [[4201]], Scooti joined the [[Walker Expedition]]. She survived the landing on [[Krop Tor]], and was present for [[Sanctuary Base 6]] being established.
=Biography=
Scooti was in the control room when the Doctor and Rose first arrived. She was checking the main console in the room to prep everything for the earthquake when the Doctor and Rose came in with the security team. She was dumbfounded just like the rest of the crew. She even said "People, look at that, real people. While Danny walked up to the Doctor and Rose she sat down at her station. During the first part of the quake she was calmly leaning back in her chair and moved very little. Then during the second quake she was shook violently with her hair flying all over her face and her consol sparking behind her. She then turned around to check up on her station. She confirmed she was ok when asked by Zach. Then she walked back up to the main console. She went over and stood by [[Ida Scott]]. When Rose asked if there was a hurricane out there, Scooti responded that you need an atmosphere for a hurrican and that it's complete vacuum out there. She looked at Ida when Rose asked what's shaking the roof with a confused look on her face. Then Ida began introducing everyone in the room to the duo. She was introduced last with Ida putting her hands on Scooti's shoulders. Then Ida opened the overhead shutters to observe the black hole.
Later she was at the meeting to inform the Doctor and Rose about Krop Tor. Scooti sat with [[Danny Bartock]] after walking around abit. When Zach came to explaining about the funnel and Danny explaned that if the funnel closed they'd all be trapped, she joked that they have fun speculating about that. Then he hit her lightly with the scroll. Later Rose asked what the Ood where and laughed at her play on the Ood's name. When Rose expressed her disagreement with the Ood being slaves Scooti laughed at this and made fun of her.
Then it turned to the nightshift. Scooti left the base via airlock decked in a spacesuit. She had a wrench in her hand and walked over to what looked like a radar. She began tightening something on the radar. After she was finished she instantly got a grin on her face. She radioed in that she was all finished and was coming back inside. Then she turned around and started to walk back inside.
During dinner she was up in line getting food when Rose walked up. Scooti said she could eat whatever she wanted but advised against the green or the blue.
She was later present at the eating up of the Scarlet system. She had watched the lights flickerand when Ida called Zach about it she told him it was just the Scarlet system being eaten up. She watched in awe at the system being eaten up. Afterwards she was ordered by Ida to check the airlocks.
Scooti later hopped into [[Toby Zed]]'s room with a blue file in her hands. She said that she was coming to give him his expenditure. Scooti looked around in his room, but soon learned he was not there. She went over and stood by the desk her face being shown by the light. Scooti put the file on[[File:Scootiperterbed.jpg|thumb|Scooti Perterbed]] his desk. Then suddenly the computer announced the opening of door 41. Scooti's head rose and she looked forward. Scooti stayed still, unsure what she just heard. She then turned around to look in the direction of the announcement with a curious look on her young face. While she was doing this, she heard the computer say "Close Door 41." Then looked back in the direction of the desk perturbed. Then Scooti uttered, "41..", to her self. After that she realized what had happened and turned around. She ran out of the room at top speed.
Soon after, Scooti came rushing through door 40 and it closed on it's own as she went over to Door 41. Scooti went over to a panel by door 41 and activated the computer and asked it if it had opened and closed the airlock, to which it said it did. Scooti then explained that it was the nightshift and nobody was allowed to go outside and asked if someone went out. The computer answered "Yes" Then Scooti asked who it was. And the computer said "Cannot confirm." Scooti quickly came up with an idea and asked who's spacesuit had been logged out. The computer calmly said "No spacesuit has been logged out" Scooti said "You aren't making any sense, you can't go outside without..." Scooti backed up, now fed up with the computer. Scooti then activated her radio watch. She attempted to report that the door was malfunctuning. However her radio crackled up and died. Scooti now very confused and getting angry reactivated the computer. She asked what was wrong with the radio, to which the computer calmly told her nothing was wrong with it. Scooti, now irritated, yelled at the door to tell her who went out. However, it responded with "He is Awake". This freaked the young Scooti out. She then asked "what". Then it repeated itself. Then Scooti, now very disturbed, asked what that meant. And it said "He bathes in the black sun".

Creeped out she pushed away from the door. Scooti stared at it unbelievingly for a moment. Then a shutter to the window opened down the hall. An extremely curious Scooti walked over to it. By the time she got fully there the shutter was almost open revealing the surface. Scooti discovered a possessed Toby standing unharmed on the exposed surface of [[Krop Tor]]. Scooti's eyes widened in shock at this sight. Then he turned around and smiled evilly at her as soon as he saw Scooti. Scooti then said his name. She muttered in shock that there wasn't[[File:Scooti_tempted.jpg|thumb|Scooti tempted]] any air and was confused as to how he was surviving out there. Toby, still grinning, nodded and began motioning for her with a finger to come forward, probably in an attempt to convert her. Scooti raised her hand at that motion and extended it towards Toby as if hypnotised. Her eyes began to soften as if being conforted. Soon, her eyes began to get wet as if about to cry. This continued for a few moments and her hand got continually closer to the glass and Toby continued motioning for her to come. However her eyes gazed on her arm, finally breaking the spell. She slammed it down at her side. Scooti then yelled at him to stop with a pleading look on her face and her eyes still wet with a few tears on her face. After hearing Scooti yell at him to stop, his smile disappeared. It was replaced with a vicious glare. Toby then clenched his fist. Sounds like glass breaking began to fill the air and a cloud formed on the window. Scooti, with her eyes still wet and still terrified from what Toby had been doing to her, frantictally looked at the window, trying to find the source. Soon a rather fissures appeared on the window. Scooti gasped in fear, now realizing Toby's intent to kill her by sucking her into space. The frightened Scooti ran for the door.
Unfortunately for Scooti, Toby, using his powers given by the Beast, had [[telekinesis|psionically]] locked the doors. Thereby, trapping the young woman in the soon to decompress airlock section. Scooti at first tried to open it frantically telling it to open. But the door refused her attempts to open it. The second time, she began to get very fearful as heard in her voice. However it still wouldn't refused her passage. Scooti began screaming and tugging frantically at the door to open it. However the door ignored her pleas. Toby just continued to break the viewport outside. Scooti now was certain Toby would kill her and this scared her even more. However, the door still wouldn't respond to her and refused to obey her command to open. All the while the window continued to crack more and more. Soon, a huge dent had appeared on the window and most of the window was now covered in cracks. This was signalling her closely approaching death. This only scared her more and more. Soon the very young Scooti lost all of her normal calm and composure. Her youthful face became twisted with fear. Scooti's eyes got all wet again, but this time in fear. She began looking as if about to just simply break down crying because of her fate and beg for her life. However, Scooti tried to be defiant, and kept screaming and tugging at the door. All in a vain attempt to open the door standing in her way to her freedom from death. Scooti wanted to live, however, his was not to be. Scooti was still screaming "Open Door 40" Scooti then said "Open Door...", but Toby cut her off by quickly uncoiled all of his fingers. Then the glass completely exploded under the pressure and was pulled outward and a large hole replaced it. The airlock section was now open to the vacuum of space. Scooti's needed air was rushing out the window too quickly and it hissed. Her death was now certain. The young Scooti was quickly and forcefully pulled backwards from the hatch's wheel handle by the air rushing out despite her best efforts to hold on. The rushing air was simply too strong for the young woman. The desperate Scooti tried reaching out to grasp the handle once again in a vain attempt to survive. However she was pulled too far away and couldn't reach it. The completely terrified Scooti now began screaming wildly with her last breaths, not wanting to die, especially not alone. Scooti was pulled down the hall. Then the young woman was sent kicking, screaming, and probably crying towards the breach. The young trainee maintenance officer was sucked out into the dark vaccuum of space to the possessed Toby screaming all the way to her death. Eventually she suffocated to death.
After the hull breach had been contained the Jefferson tried to contact her. However he ended up not getting an answer. Zach said that her biochip stated she was in Habitation 3. However the crew didn't find her there and began calling other habitations. However, the Doctor soon found her. Her pale corpse was outside the base near the domed viewport just floating there. Jefferson called and reported "Officer Scootori Manista, deceased 43K 2.1" Zach silently mourned her death. Ida then walked over to the swich and said how she was only 20 years old. As the shutters closed Scooti's body turned and began it's trip to the black hole. Shortly after this, the drilling that she and the rest of the crew had been waiting for just stopped. Scooti was in the control room, preparing for the quake, when the Tenth Doctor and [[Rose Tyler]] arrived in [[4221]]. Afterwards, she was at the meeting to update the pair on the situation of their mission, and, along with Danny, explained who the [[Ood]] were to Rose.
Scooti appeared to be a relatively nice person and was willing to do many task and highly energetic. However she appeared to get angry quickly as she was pretty mad at the computer for not getting a straight answer. Also she appeared to be scared easily judging by her reaction to the computer's response "He is awake" and when Toby began ripping apart the window she lost composure quickly. Also, she seemed to be logical minded and quickly dismissed Rose's comment about it sounding like a hurricane outside.
Later, Scooti went into [[Toby Zed]]'s room to drop off his expenditure, but he wasn't there. While she was placing the paperwork on his desk, she heard the [[airlock]] open. She queried the computer who could have opened the airlock when no spacesuits were taken. Scooti saw the [[The Beast (The Impossible Planet)|Beast]]-[[possession|possessed]] Toby outside the window in the [[vacuum]] calling for her. Helpless, Scooti raised her hand towards him. However, she eventually resisted him, and pleaded with him to stop. Angered by her refusal, the Beast clenched Toby’s fist, and the glass began to break. Upon realising this, Scooti gasped and tried to escape through the door. However, the door remained sealed despite her pleas, and soon after, Toby shattered the glass, and the pressure broke. Air began rushing out of the base and Scooti was torn away from the door by the rushing air and was sucked into [[space]] screaming. Scooti was a relatively tall woman. She had long, curly, golden colored hair. She wore a black sleeveless shirt, and blue jeans. She also wore a necklace that was a string around ring. She was also a very young and youthful looking woman with dark eyes and normally had a smile on her face
