:I disagree that this isn't conjectural. We should follow the official name. And if we really had to spell out the pronunciation, the correct way would be "[[Nine-Point-Fifth Doctor]]". But if a policy is leading the wiki to discard official names in favour of unofficial ones, it's not a good policy. Similarly, [[Forty-Fifth Doctor]] should be at [[45th Doctor]], which is how his name was spelt both times he was mentioned. There's no reason that one standard should be forced on absolutely everything, and realistically, spelt-out names were only ever going to be used for natural numbers up to twenty, as they become unworkably cumbersome outside that limit, so it's hardly surprising that we've already seen at least two numeric Doctors that are named differently. Nine-and-a-Halfth[[edit]]
In the interest of following the conventions cf T:DOCTORS, I'm proposing a rename (with redirect) to Nine-and-a-Halfth Doctor. This would not make the name conjectural, since it's a simple application of policy on the name we're given.

- I disagree that this isn't conjectural. We should follow the official name. And if we really had to spell out the pronunciation, the correct way would be "Nine-Point-Fifth Doctor". But if a policy is leading the wiki to discard official names in favour of unofficial ones, it's not a good policy. Similarly, Forty-Fifth Doctor should be at 45th Doctor, which is how his name was spelt both times he was mentioned.
