This '''Mother''' was the Mother of a young woman who became a victim of the [[Krafayis]]. When the Doctor, Amy Pond and Vincent van Gogh went to the scene of the crime, the Mother felt Vincent was at hand to her daughter's death and called him a 'madman' and blamed his madness for the death. She immediately told him to leave while other onlookers threw items at him, the Doctor and Amy, thus making them leave. Later on, when on the way to paint, Vincent, the Doctor and Amy encountered the Mother again who this time was walking alongside the coffin of her daughter. On top of the coffin were some Sunflowers, a flower that would in the future become synominous with Vincent van Gogh.

The mother of a young girl who was brutally murdered by a Krafayis at least initially thought Vincent van Gogh responsible for her child's death. Inconsolable in her grief, she raged against van Gogh, the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond when she encountered them in the streets of Auvers-sur-Oise on 1 June 1890.

Later, the trio encountered her again, as she walked with the sunflower-adorned coffin bearing her daughter to a church. (TV: Vincent and the Doctor)
