Timmy Winters (PROSE: Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia [+]Loading...["Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia (reference book)"]) was a child aboard Starship UK who got a zero for his classwork. His best friend was Mandy Tanner. He tried to ride a Vator and was consequently fed to the star whale. He wasn't eaten and Hawthorne made him a slave.
