Discontinuity, Plot Holes, Errors With "The End of Time (Part 2)" Story[[edit source]]
In this story, the Doctor has to open one door in the radiation chamber to open the other door to help his companion, Wilf, who is trapped inside. Because the machine is malfunctioning, it essentially kills the Doctor. (But not immediately.) In the footage as Wilf is talking to the Doctor while trapped, there is clearly a huge gap seperating the side of the glass door with the rest of the cubicle, meaning the door could in fact be easily opened.

The Void contained no temporal or spatial dimensions, but a language which might have been used to conceptualise it
This makes no sense, unless the Void really contained language.
