:The location infobox is not a favourite of mine, several locations don't have the length to justify the infobox, while others are far too broad for the infobox to be of use.
:I'd advise not to use it at all, looking through the pages that it is used on none of them are really need the infobox.
:Also given the past-tense nature of our in-universe articles the section for 'inhabitants' would need to have a date attached (for something like Wenley Moor, if it had an infobox there'd need to be at least 2 for inhabitants the Silurians...whenever they inhabited and humans). Era is another field, if we're applying it to a page, the article might detail a long length of time.
:I'd actually just be for removing the locations infobox completely. --Tangerineduel 14:44, August 3, 2010 (UTC)

:::Ok. I've removed all of them bar a link to it on User:Twelfth Doctor's page, but I've left a message on his talk page. He hasn't been active since August last year, so I don't think we'll get a reply, and I didn't want to just remove it from his page. I've also put a delete tag on the template's page. I've noticed that several location pages around the wiki have not got location infoboxes in use. I was going to put on on locations such as London, but I'm not sure about the residents section. Should I simply leave it empty, since there are so many people, or is there an article or category listing people who have lived in London? The Thirteenth Doctor 18:23, August 2, 2010 (UTC)

The location infobox is not a favourite of mine, several locations don't have the length to justify the infobox, while others are far too broad for the infobox to be of use.
I'd advise not to use it at all, looking through the pages that it is used on none of them are really need the infobox.
Also given the past-tense nature of our in-universe articles the section for 'inhabitants' would need to have a date attached (for something like Wenley Moor, if it had an infobox there'd need to be at least 2 for inhabitants the Silurians...whenever they inhabited and humans). Era is another field, if we're applying it to a page, the article might detail a long length of time.
I'd actually just be for removing the locations infobox completely. --Tangerineduel 14:44, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
Ok. Do you have a link to a page that shows all pages using the template, so I can start removing them? --The Thirteenth Doctor 14:50, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
Yep it's up there where I said "looking through the pages" there's a link on the "the pages"...here's it again Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Infobox_Location anyway. --Tangerineduel 16:26, August 3, 2010 (UTC)

Ok. I've removed all of them bar a link to it on User:Twelfth Doctor's page, but I've left a message on his talk page. He hasn't been active since August last year, so I don't think we'll get a reply, and I didn't want to just remove it from his page. I've also put a delete tag on the template's page.
