I know it was agreed that it was bad to have quotes on the main article pages, but should we have quotes pages, as found [[:Category:Quotes|here]]? ::This was something I started to explore whether we could find a need for them with pages I re-arranged [[Second Doctor - Quotes]] where the quotes are organised into a 'References' like structure. I thought it might be a useful way of presenting the information. It's fair to say that this little exchange ended the last vestige of quotes-for-quotations-sake on the wiki. Their acceptance had waned in stages, with the first stage being their removal from the top of pages/sections, to them being shunted out to special "quotes only pages" like [[Quotes - Sarah Jane Smith]]. This discussion permanently killed even the special quotes pages. | |||

I know it was agreed that it was bad to have quotes on the main article pages, but should we have quotes pages, as found here?
