Kevin Clarke wrote the Doctor Who story Silver Nemesis and its novelisation early in his television career.
Clarke's longest association with a programme was with The Bill, which began around the time he wrote for Doctor Who and lasted until 1991. Since then, he has most recently written a 2007 episode of Casualty; a 2005 instalment of Peter Davison's The Last Detective, which featured Steve Pemberton; and a 2004 edition of The Inspector Lynley Mysteries.
