You're starting a new help page.
Generally, help pages are written by administrators, but any user may attempt to write them. Help pages tend to be "how to" pages — giving specific advice to new editors on how to use the underlying wiki software. The advice tends to be explained in terms of the content of this particular wiki. So make sure you use lots of examples from the Doctor Who universe in your writing. If you're trying to write about policy, guidelines or page formats, you should create a page beginning with the word Tardis:, such as Tardis:Format for comic stories.

Please make sure you're not creating a help file that already exists by perusing this list of help pages or by searching for a few keywords in your proposed help topic.
