Florm Rox Fey Fenerill-Slam Slitheen was a member of the criminal family Slitheen.

Coldfire Construction had been taken over by the Slitheen in the 2000s. Over the next eighteen months, they planned to build a loop of transducers to absorb all the energy out of the Sun, destroying the Earth, while the Slitheen lay safe inside a hidden room in the technology blocks across Earth.
