Tim Quinn, along with Dicky Howett, drew and wrote the three-panel comic in Doctor Who Magazine called Doctor Who?, and their short-lived The History Tour as well as The Doctor Who Fun Book and Doctor Who: It's Bigger on the Inside!. He also co-wrote The Unscreened Edition with Howett.
