Jack Bligh (31 December 1889[1]-25 September 1967[2]) played Gaptooth in the Doctor Who television story The Smugglers.
He is notable as being the earliest born credited actor to have filmed footage for Doctor Who.

He had a regular role as Jonty in the 1963 comedy series Taxi!.
