Pallemar was the second-in-command of the Ten-Strong, a group of Schirr terrorists who campaigned against Earth's empire in the future. However, when deCaster tried to enhance his cult's power, Pallemar became scared of DeCaster's ambition. He contacted Earth Central Command to warn them about his leader's plans before he was killed.
