On the guard's first day on the job, he answered a phone outside [[River Song]]'s cell. The call was from [[Winston Churchill]] in [[1941]]. He was trying to reach the [[Eleventh Doctor]], but call was rerouted by the TARDIS.The guard was confused when Winston asked for the Doctor, thinking he wished to talk to Doctor River Song.

Apologising, River kissed him and drew a stick figure of herself on the wall to distract him while she packed what she needed and headed out.
