It is a bit hard to understand them sometimes, but I don't think they would reveal the Doctor's name in a trailer, I don't think they will reveal it at all. I don't think it's a continuity error; instead, All Will Be Revealed as a part of the series arc, assuming it doesn't wind up on the cutting room floor. | Despite the absence of any sort of satellite or tower structure to support cell phone technology, Canton is able to use Amy's phone to call the Doctor to send him the clip of the Silence saying "You should destroy us all." | Production error: During Amy's flashback in the TARDIS to the memories she lost during her abduction by the Silents (around 42 minutes in), a man's head can be seen at the bottom-right corner of the frame. Also, the reflection in the helmet is different, the painting of the ballerina can be seen in the background, and the bullet hole in the clear visor can be seen through the reflective visor.
