The Panopticon Archive was a library on Gallifrey which stored numerous Time Lord texts, such as The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey. (AUDIO: Shada) Chronotis replaced The Worshipful and Ancient Laws of Gallifrey with a book whose title began with The Hitch- after he stole the former book. (PROSE: Shada)

The One worked in the Panopticon Archive. (AUDIO: The Satanic Mill)

Deep within the Panopticon Archive, dangerous weapons were hidden, including the Crucible of Souls. Very few knew this section even existed. The Nine brought the Doctor's TARDIS here to steal from their arsenal. (AUDIO: The Crucible of Souls)
