Helen Mortimer was the wife of George Mortimer and the mother of Ida and Alan Mortimer. They all stumbled into the Doctor's TARDIS when the First Doctor materialised it outside their burning house during the Great Fire of London. They believed he was a warlock and the TARDIS was powered by magic. They travelled with him to the Andromeda Galaxy far in their future. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Invasion from Space)
