Cyberleader Maxel was the leader of a Cyberman squad that landed on the planet Goth to find the weapons of the Deathsmiths. He was the only survivor and challenged the Apocalypse Device. He tried every weapon that he collected against it, but it was no use, the Apocalypse Device was indestructible.
