Shona was a woman who worked as a supervisor in Sanderson & Grainger, a department store secretly being used by Cybermen. She stayed late on 18 April 2011 because she was doing a favour for a fellow employee, Kelly, who had a date that night. Whilst she was cleaning up a mess, she encountered a Cyberman, who took her for conversion. Craig Owens later foiled the Cybermen's attempt to convert him into a Cyber-Controller and overloaded their emotional inhibitors with "love". (TV: Closing Time)
