This image is of a corporate or franchise logo. Copyright for it is most likely owned by the company whom the logo represents; or, if a franchise logo, the company who owns the franchise. If the latter case, the most likely owners of this image are the British Broadcasting Corporation or Metal Mutt Productions. It is believed that the use of this image a) to illustrate an article discussing the company or franchise represented by the logo or b) to clearly demonstrate who owns copyright of an image published to the Tardis Data Core wiki, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikia, Inc, qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image, on Wikia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.
The presence of this logo does not in any way imply endorsement by the copyright holder of the page on which it appears. It also does not imply any endorsement of this wiki in general. This wiki is not affiliated with any entity who owns, or is represented by, this logo.
